No. We do not give medical advice or diagnose conditions — that is your doctor’s role, and it is safer for you that way. Please use medicines only as prescribed by your doctor. What we do well: checking availability, reading prescriptions, arranging refills, suggesting generic equivalents where your doctor permits, and getting medicines to your door quickly.

Yes, every Sunday from 8 AM to 11 PM — same as every other day, including public holidays. Sunday is actually one of our busiest days for monthly refill pickups, so if you want to skip the counter queue, WhatsApp your list in the morning and collect it packed, or have it delivered.
